Crunch all HPV subtypes for a cure

We are involved in crunching potential cures for HIV, cancer and such, but nothing concerning the social stigma of HPV infection.

HPV is the leading cause of vaginal/cervical cancers and hysterectomy's amongst the female race. HPV high risk subtypes 16,18,31,33 also affects men causing prostate, mouth, throat, eyes, anal and mucous membrane cancers. HPV is one of the most widespread, potentially serious undiagnosed, dismissed, least understood sexual infections in the United States.

HPV is a double stranded DNA virus that has been little studied and most is still not known of it's life cycle and function as it's hard to reproduce in the lab. It has a few potentially known exploitable structures., G,P,L,U,7,W. L1 and L2 primary.

Considering the above information would this not be a perfect virus for distributed computing to handle?

Don't tell us.

Find a group studying this, and tell them about the possibilities of in-silico docking, and about World Community Grid.
