Thanks to member feedback, we have identified several batches of data that contain workunits that are running on average 4-5 times longer then we normally try to size them.
----------------------------------------The workunits impacted have a name that starts with the following: faah5000 faah5001 faah5002 faah5003 faah5004 faah5005 faah5006 faah5007 faah5008 faah5009 faah5010 faah5011 faah5012 faah5013 faah5014 faah5015 faah5016 faah5017 There is nothing wrong with the workunits, they are just bigger than normal. Please allow them to run and complete. We have modified the deadline for these workunits so that they have an extra week to finish. In other words, these workunits now have a deadline of 19 days instead of the normal 12 days. You can check to see if your deadline has been extended by visiting https://secure.worldcommunitygrid.org/ms/viewBoincResults.do?projectId=11 Unfortunately, we cannot send the information about the extended deadline to the software on your computer. As a result, when the original deadline expires the software will give you a warning that you may not get credit. This will be misleading and we encourage you to check the information on the website to see if the real deadline is approaching or not. Also - please note that you will receive your full credit for these workunits. People with fast machines who are already starting to get credit are reporting that they are receiving credit proportional to the increased run time.
