Hi there.
My computer keeps receiving work in the 41xx range, IE, 4192, and then all of a sudden it jumps to faah50xx, then it goes back to the 49x ones again. What does this mean? Thanks |

It means that several experiments are running simultaneous. There was a batch last week out of the faah50xx that had a set of badly assembled tasks. They were planned to be relaunched after work over.
----------------------------------------Experiments that relate to work higher than faah4622 were regrettable not yet added to the status page, thus can't tell if 49xx and 50xx are of the same experiment. http://fightaidsathome.scripps.edu/status Those of 41xx are of experiment 19a.

Hello whocrazy and Sekerob,
I just updated the Status page to include descriptions of the new experiments, the numbers that they involve, and the current progress of the previous experiments. Go to: http://fightaidsathome.scripps.edu/status The batch numbers you receive keep jumping all over the place, because several different experiments are performed simultaneously (as Sekerob explained). Thankfully, the IBM part of the FAAH team takes care of the queue process. Batch numbers from 4998 - 5017 are now being rushed with the highest priority. Dr. Ruth Huey needs these results as quickly as possible to prepare a new research manuscript for publication. We all agreed that this smaller experiment should get to jump ahead to the front of the line. Thank you very much for your help! Best wishes, Dr. Alex L. Perryman PS--thanks for reminding me to update the Status page. I needed that li'l nudge. |
