In that case the 2nd member ( the guy who has registered just after you) will become the new captain.

----------------------------------------When you Quit as Team Captain: The team will still be there even if it's empty of Members. As with this team here The team Captain Slot is left open to all of the other team members. The Available link appears after you quit. The first Team Member to click is the new Capt. of the Team..
