i have ibm blade system, that contain 10 servers. each server has one windows xp with boinc agent on it, but have same hostname. is that okay ?

It's not a problem. You may have trouble telling the devices apart, but that shouldn't matter.

Not 100% sure, but if using the <suppress_net_info>1</suppress_net_info> function in the cc_config.xml, the WCG servers might show the underlying unique device IDs instead of the host name! The device ID would also show in the individual clients start up log as e.g.
