If you're not part of the MOT family, you need to rethink you WCG values. Have a beer, join a team, and make some new friends. The number 1 "small" team on the Grid! My Online Team!!!!!

Well done to all fellow MOT members for the personal and team achievements in the last few days. (I have moved up 18 places since joining myself !!)
Can someone please assist with the following. I have just installed the software on a second machine, under the same member name (SAKU1303). Do I have to 'assign' this 2nd device to a team (MOT of course !!)? Will the points from the different devices show up seperately or just as one statistic (under my member name)? Do I have to set a Profile for the new device or will it run in the same way as the original? Do I need to do anything else to ensure all points go under my existing member name & contribute to the MOT total? Kind Regards, |

Welcome to the team and thanks for choosing to help MOT and WCG in general.

No. Any points which you receive from all of your devices are allocated to the team that you are a member of at the time of the points allocation. Will the points from the different devices show up seperately or just as one statistic (under my member name)? One statistic under your name. Do I have to set a Profile for the new device or will it run in the same way as the original? Only set a new profile if you don't want the new device to run 24x7. Do I need to do anything else to ensure all points go under my existing member name & contribute to the MOT total? Absolutely nothing. As long as you are a member of a team, your points will go to that team. However, any points which you have received before joining a team will stay with the previous team or unallocated to a team. |
