Wood generally stay forever (on one human life scale) on local climate, it will get soften only something like 3-5 mm (120-200 mil) on decade.
Totally different item is paint on it, it just need to be replaced decadently and it is most unrewarding job to do (subjective personal opinion, not the new paint, but getting rid of old).

One way to go around is use deadwood, but it is option only on non-zona areas, there is no way to use it on urban areas where zoning rules need to be applied.
Those are produced on industrial scale here, it will take ten years at least to cut aged tree to get that state, so it is just not non-zona material, also some very expensive.

Another same weather resistant kind of lumber is sunken log, technically same as deadwood but spend last decades underwater.
Not much those here left, as far as I know, last ones here was dived up on 1980's and all tree traffic has been on wheels (rubber&iron) for decades before that, so price will follow.
Last time when I ask about these on local timber yard, price for 7cmx2,5m (2,76''x 8,3') plank was 50€ (65 USD).

Some phone stuff.

Got some Nokia after couple of years.
My last Nokia was N97 and was able to get it broken when removing SIM-card. Cradle holding it was almost like aluminum foil and after applying most moderate amount of force, did have half of it on my fingertips.
Of course did only rational solution and dug screwdrivers and after half hour, did have plenty of loose screws and circuit boards.
Was very willing to try some Android phone.

Couple of years with Android phones did teach me use phone mostly on all another ways, than making some crappy calls.

First item I did discover with my new Nokia, was that SIM-card cradle is still some very vulnerable component. Totally totally different concept that simple dent (hole is hard to break) on my Android phones.
I was able to manage this part lut better this time, so phone up and running and have manage to create truck load of error codes when trying to do something else than call with it.

Well, camera is Juliet-Oscar-Yankee.

Working very nicely already, took something like few hours to migrate Android dude to Win platform.
Everything needed seems to be here, challenges was on details, like user on Android: /user and on Win: user

Really huge downside is that every application that I would need, seems to be chargeable on Windows side.
Lack of application was one factor that did sunk Nokia few years ago, seems to me that they still does not have much folds on cortex.

Was not able to get Good work on my new Lumia, what ever version I try download from Get Good, I will always get error that not supported form by phone.
Seems to work like *train toilet on my iPad, so think Apple still score some on future also.

Poy I miss those trains. When I lived on North, did have this evening ritual to send my warm greeting to peoples on Pasila's station (on Helsinki, ten minutes north from Main Railway Central).
On mornings I did it another way, went to toilet on Pasila and took toilet paper roll.
Put roll between two fingers and unrapped enough to get end hit tracks, well trains motion did take care of rest. So was able to toilet paper few miles of Helsinki every morning.
