i need the software for ubuntu 64 bit...i have downloaded the x86 version for linux but it doesn't work...there is one for ubuntu 64 bit??

The official downloads are listed here:
----------------------------------------http://boinc.berkeley.edu/download_all.php When I got Hardy Heron 8.04, 32 bit and installed BOINC from the repository it automatically pulled the latest recommended 5.10.45.
