error 1920
The program won't fully install. I've even shut down my firewall. Still no action. It's locked and won't move forward to install. crying crying crying

Re: error 1920
My first suspicion is that you are trying to install as a service, but left the password blank. Other problems could be a non-existent user, or an incorrect password.
