The problem is most definitely not fixed. Most of my BOINC clients are failing to upload or download new work (so they're effectively taking the night off, I guess), reporting transient upload errors, etc etc.

Hang in there Kevin ... you guys will get it fixed. Long night though.

Credit isn't given until multiple workunits crunched by others are resolved and results compared. Since they couldn't upload theirs either, there is a delay. Mine are all sent in. Perhaps they are waiting for you. I have workunits back to 4/28 that have not yet been resolved and are still pending. Credit will be given eventually. Just keep crunching.

If not trusting the system, there are more checks and balances than Ford Knox, take the job_log_www.worldcommunitygrid.org.txt file from the BOINC data directory and compare those with the Result Status page.

Nothing goes missing until at least 4 days after validation and award for valid and invalid work (latter gives 50% of quorum grand). Any other status does not add into the personal stats at the mid day and night statistics run.

Personally I use BOINCView, a 3rd party tool that records all device results, local or remote, run times completion times and whatnot.... mostly though it gives me a quick overview of all running jobs in a color coded fahion.

Something did clearly happen....the servers have crashed numerous times over the past 36 hours as has been explained. Everyones credit is down unfortunately as there are going to be inevitable delays in validation as we wait for results to eventually come in.

Don't panic - you'll get your credit in the end
