Hi,
I have been running the agent for months, and I just went away for a week. Upon coming back the agent has stopped working.. It says primary task is executing and the timer is running, but there is no progress and most importantly when going to the molecule animation page there is no animation and no rosetta numbers. It has been like this for more than a week. What's going on??  Jorgen |

There was an earlier post by someone missing the animation. It turned out that something had corrupted the program. Best go the whole way. Reboot, check your disk for errors, then uninstall and reinstall.

Uninstalling and installing again made it work. (I actually had to remove it manually from the registry in order to uninstall it correctly).
