Device name change

Hello,

Is there a way how to change a device name?

I migrated from United Devices client to BOINC and a new device name appeared in my device list. I know this is standard behavior.
I'm sure I created the old device name by my self, but I don't know how to change the new one.

Re: Device name change

The device name is usually equal to the domain name of the host (the PC) as it is known e.g. on a LAN. Change it in the OS and boot and the new name is transmitted to WCG and shows immediately, I think in the device manager.
