I'm back again. Daniele Amanti Found reached more than 350.000€ and in six months we'll be able to start the research project for rare mutation of distrophin gene. Daniele begins to show some problem while walking but... he always smile and joke and we smile and joke with him, always hoping and fighting. God bless you my friends |

Fabama...how is my little buddy doing? Hi Sport, hi everybody, Daniele is still quite well. During the last neurological examination (March 29) the physiotherapist has not yet found tendinous retractions but just a little 'stiffness in the Achilles tendon, so it was agreed to prescribing braces for the legs to carry the night, his magical shoes to sleep as my wife and I call them. About the research project I had meetings (between March 30 and April 6), very interesting and promising, with two Italian universities, a conference call with an Australian researcher and soon I'll be in Holland (April 19). Nothing definite yet but soon I think I can manage to start the research project. Still fighting and hoping.     [Edit 2 times, last edit by Former Member at Apr 11, 2010 8:46:29 AM] |
