fabama, any news? Many of us want to know. Anything now? Dear Johnny, dear all, not good news from us. A most accurate exam of Daniele RNA revealed an intronic intrusion of 158 nucleotites between exon 8 and exon 9. This kind of mutation is considered to be the real responsible of the lack of dystrophin protein in the muscle tissue. Daniele seems to show the first sinthomps of the pathology such he can hardly climb stairs and he can't stand up very well. He also seems non to speak well, languages problems are shown in 20% of duchenne's patients. We're fighting hard. Fabio |
