The WCG staff will have to look at this. It is a new problem that has suddenly started happening to some people. It must be something on the server.

This was definitely a problem on the server. One of the WebSphere MQ servers that process the new user message from the website to the BOINC database got hung up. We have monitoring in place that should have caught this problem and let us know what happened, however, it appears that this didn't happen.
----------------------------------------The messages that were not processed have now all been processed. Anyone's computer that was having problems with this message will now properly attach the next time it talks to the server. We sincerely apologize for this error.
