The question would be even simpler if you said where you have "accumulated 46000+ points" and where "it only shows 42000+ points."

I presume that you see 46000+ points in your "My Statistics" page, precisely 47,457 right now and 42000+ points perhaps on your UD agent under "Member information", since I can see 1,190 credits for you with Boinc. Personally I would have thought of about 39,130 points for UD, but maybe this is where the problem lies.

To set things clearly the "My Statistics" page (updated twice a day) shows the total of the points earned with the UD agent plus seven times the number of credits earned (i.e. validated) with Boinc. In this total points/credits for units not yet validated are not included yet.

If I have not correctly interpreted your question please be more precise when describing your problem.
