I am using Opera as my standard browser but the agent always launches IE when accessing the internet. How can I force the agent to use my browser?

Check Tools - Options - General in your Firefox browser. Have you checked the box that causes Firefox to see if it is the default browser each time it opens? For that matter, [Grin] as long as you are in Options, have you changed the default from Desktop to My Downloads as the default folder to store new downloads in?

There is a similar area in the Tools -> Preferences section of Opera. It's under Application in the Preferences window. You can have Opera check if it's the default application, and also assign different file types for which it can be the default. I would think that would do it for you.

I am going to have to plead lack of coffee. How did I read an Opera query and answer as a Firefox query!
