Hello,
----------------------------------------I am looking for contact information (email) of the Fight AIDS@Home Research Team. http://fightaidsathome.scripps.edu/team.html I have an assignment in a digital photography class to create an advertisement on a core value or belief so I decided to base my ad on the fight against diseases; specifically AIDS. I was wondering if there is any way I can have access to some photos or images of the AIDS virus or the crunching process I can use. Any statistics, information, or progress will be helpful. As a bonus this advertisement will be presented to spread knowledge of the AIDS disease and what WCG is doing to help fight it. Thank You. They will see your enquiry here, no need to email them directly.
However, I believe they have put all the publicly available images online already, so it's not very likely they can give you more. |

Once a week we send each project an email listing queries in their forum. So you can be sure that they have an email with your query. How long to get around to reading it or replying to it depends on their local situation. Lawrence |

Dr Alex Perryman posts are the ones to visit in this forum. One of them he linked up to some amazing artwork. Last I asked he was okay with using it for illustrations, but of course make sure to put the proper credits/copyright references in there and don't copy whole articles.

Hi Blizzie,
----------------------------------------great initiative. I hope that you get all information that you need. If you are crunching FA@H WU's, you can capture the images of the part of research that you are processing in your machine (use print screen and after use an image editor that the results will be good to get a lot of material about crunching process). Since Blizzie forgot to post a response to correct his previous "boo" comment, here's an update:
the person who has the ID "Blizzie" was able to reach me via e-mail a couple weeks ago. I already sent him many images of HIV protease that I recently created (i.e., that I made for IBM's World Community Grid booth at the recent CEBIT conference in Germany). When I have the free time and remember to do it, I'll add these new images to my personal homepage at TSRI, as well. FYI, Dr. Alex L. Perryman |
