Re: Remove project.

What you mean with identical and goofing? Something like choosing FAAH and DDDT and in fact on a dual core running 2 FAAH jobs instead of 1 each? No, WCG sends out work semi-randomly on multi-project selections depending on what the work generators happen to have ready at the time of the task call, so next it can happen you get 2 of the other.

He probably have two instances of World Community Grid running in the Projects tab. I don't know whether this condition is possible, but if it had happened, you can just hit 'No new tasks' for one of them from Projects tab, ensure that all the downloaded tasks are complete for that, and Detach.

Re: Remove project.

I think that is it.
But it looks like one instance of the Grid, with 2 Cancer projects in it.
I don't see the place to set "No new projects". Once I find that your instructions make perfects sense.
Thanks.

Re: Remove project.

Okay, you're fine... It's never ever been reported before of someone succeeding to attach to WCG twice.

So what projects did you select in your "My Projects" or Device Profiles" and expected to run?

Forget that "No New Tasks" suggestion, else you wont get any work. You'll find that in the BOINCMgr Advanced View, Project Tab when you select WCG first.

You have a different scenario than what I figured earlier. The instructions which I mentioned in previous post is NOT applicable in your scenario.
