Unexpected Outage - Resolved

We experienced a temporary outage on the database that handles authentication and the UD grid. During this time UD clients were unable to communicate with the server and members were unable to log into the site.

The problem has been resolved and we apologize for the inconvenience.

The outage lasted about 2 hours.
