Someone reported this yesterday and after the 3rd copy, the system was actually able to verify all 3 as valid (except for the 4th copy that was returned with error, not even reaching inconclusive or pending validation state).

WCG is looking for extra validation at times in preparation of ending the quorum 2 and go to single WU distribution. The special verification algorithms work to make sure that most problems will be caught prior to doing that. Once this change is made, it could happen that a single unit goes inconclusive and only then a second copy will be send out. Should improve the project progress by near 100%.

The quorum points is absolute snap on, a strong indicator that processing was as intended on 2 different clients.
