Finally moved to #1 in my country (Sri Lanka) stats
.. I was way ahead on results returned but now top total time & points as well I know it's not much as there's only 5 of us but considering the other 4 had a 3 month head start on me (they all started in Nov 04 whereas I only joined at the end of Feb 05) .. it's not bad going Hope more of you post your own achievements ![]() |

My heart really goes out to your country. I sincerely hope you didn't suffer any personal losses from the Tsunami. I hope reconstruction is going well, it seems CNN and Fox and other major news outlets have already lost interest. |

Re: Team TW takes over Canada
I know you guys used to have a thread to celebrate TW achievements but I couldn't find it .. Just wanted to say well done (from me & all my team mates at MOT) to all at Team TW for taking the #4 team spot on the WCG .. that's some going guys .. wtgHope you guys will not loose interest & that you'll push on to take 3rd place from IBM Rochester .. and then pass them back to us at MOT to reel in Oh and remember .. don't forget to look over your shoulders cause if you guys slow down at all, MOT will be there to slip past you ThrillKillKulT - thanks for the earlier comments re the Tsunami. My family and friends back home were fortunate to be living well away from the costal areas but being such a small place, most of us are aware of someone or the other that lost a friend or loved one . And you are so right about the media .. they loose interest so quickly . Whilst places like Thailand & Indonesia will get back to 'normality' relatively quickly, countries like Sri Lanka, Maldives and outposts like Andaman & Nicobar islands will take decades to recover once again thanks for the comments, it's nice to see a 'human' side from a TW (aka The Borg) member ![]() |

I am Glad you didn't lose any immediate family members. I went to a deployment to Guam last year right after. We flew sorties with our refueling tankers to help support the effort as well as running medevacs. I hope things get back to normal ahead of schedule. |

For all the 'bad press' TW seems to get on the forums, the posts above from ThrillKillKulT shows they do have another, better side (sometimes
) ..btw - just topped 50,000 points for both WCG & MOT .. and 100 days worth of crunching ![]() |

thanks man. we are like any other forum community, we have all types of personalities. We have honed sarcasm to a razor's edge though, so sometimes we are hard to get along with at first. Kind of like Moxie, we are an aquired taste.
sure miss our forums though, hope they fix it soon. |
