Hi there!
I've installed BOINC on work. We have a proxy, so i used proxy address and my credential into Options->HTTP PROXY and it's ok, i can authenticate with my account on my project (wordcommunitygrid)... but when the program try to download works it cant! This is what i see in Transfers:  as you may notice when i push RETRY COMMUNICATIONS the status gone in Download Pending then in Downloading then in Retry in XX:XX:XX .... what i can do? ----------------------------------------Proxy issues galore, but they were solved with release 5.10.41 and higher. Get it here: http://boinc.berkeley.edu/dl/boinc_5.10.41_windows_intelx86.exe Please read the next thread for the how-to configure the clients as there are several parameters to choose from. http://www.worldcommunitygrid.org/forums/wcg/...hread=16593&offset=78

Did you create the config file and establish what type of proxy parm to enter in there? Also follow the posts to set additional log flags to provide extra information that we can analyse.
