Hello, I'm Jim Mckay and welcome once again to another edition of WCG Wide World of Sports.

With today’s stats in, the breakdown as we cross the line shows a clear first and second place win for Team’s 2ch and ESL. But it isn’t all about winning, it's about the drama of battle. Where those of valor shine their best, no matter the size, showing the true spirit of the games.

Below are the current battle groupings. This shows that this is not just 1 race, but 15. A 16th battle could be arranged by "stacking" a group of teams to do the honor of racing Team 2ch. Right now that would be the first 5 battle groups plus ESL to make the consortium.

This is the second pass at graphing the results. Breaking the graphs up by the number of members doesn't work. I changed to using Courine's classes. I will update the graphs as the race continues. The classes have been adjusted to more closely reflect the standings.

Amusingly, I started reading Watership Down last week. Guess it is an appropriate choice to read during the bunny race.

On another note, we had record credit awarded on BOINC yesterday and we are on track for nearly the same amount to be awarded today (which is quite an accomplishment since we usually drop by 10% or so on the weekends)

What a way to kick this off!!!

"Where do the 'Class' names I use (to describe the 4 main groups in this race) come from?"

They are the Royals, Tops'l, Gallant and Course.
