Really great to be back here.... Enforced holidays warming a bed is something I can do without. Thanksgiving is here in Canada this week and the trees are all GREEN. Seesh Rudi, it's great that you are back! I kept wondering how you were and not too long ago, I saw some activity with you bringing some results for one or two day, then silence. Geez, it wasn't the results that I was thinlking about, it was where you were ok or not. Anyway, I am hoping that you can post here just to let us know if you are alright. Now that your back, all is good. Just as long as you are ok. Our stats and Team Challenges are looking great. That Thor Challenge is almost the same as last year, and I knew it would be again. This Time, Boinc.Italy has an unual spike a day ago and today they are basically back to their usual stats (check it out) and I think we can probably pass them (maybe). We'll find out soon ... Normal challenge strategy. They did the same thing during the SETI challenge. I would guess that most teams above us have a coordinated strategy on how to approach the challenge. This being a run-time challenge, they build bunkers prior to the start of the week and then release them when the challenge starts. Some teams may be building bunkers now and then will release them during the last remaining hours. If it were a returned results challenge they would only execute projects with quick running WUs to increase the number of returned work units. Some teams are just more focused than others.
