Local weather in Colorado Springs is strange for us. Sure, the usual Pacific winds, Arctic storms, etc is common. Tornado-like winds in the Winter is not. 70 to 101 mph through-out 5 major sectors in the City area is not normal at all. Damaging wings taking down power-lines/utility poles/trees etc for the next 48-72 hours could come into play. I lost power at about 6:30am according to the Colorado Springs Utilities website ...

Local weather in Colorado Springs is strange for us. Sure, the usual Pacific winds, Arctic storms, etc is common.
