I have been taking Team and Individual stats for nearly 13 years (started July 7, 2005). That and typical everyday things (work, family, etc) have caused me to take a break and enjoy life much better (as reasonably as possible). This Sunday, I'm going to relax and maybe play a little basketball at a local gym. Too warm for any outdoor sports because of local fires around our city that have caused smoke warnings from local news/National news (as if we didn't see or breathe it!) these last 7-9 days now. LOL! Since I can't go on a real vacation yet, I plan on just playing sports, spending more time with Family and Friends etc. every Sunday (besides the few week nights after work). I'll still be taking stats, but not everyday. Live while you are alive.  I should have done this years ago. Taking Sundays off while still able to do Team/Individual Stats on other days. Nice having time to organize stuff (relax, whatever). Hope everyone is having a very good week-end! BTW, if you ever look at some of the stats at FREE-DC, you will notice a list of Opportunities and Threats (yes, sounds very strange, really. Anyway, we need to stop sliding down the list and try to do better in our research stats. Yes, but only if you are able to do this with ease. A phrase in this long-winded thread keeps mentioning "we crunch when we can". Nothing has changed... Later ...  |
