Ray, I have a *very* strong feeling that I will feel the same way about my Mother. That 15.4" Mac laptop or littlemiss'e suggestion of an HP is high on my list (Thanks, littlemiss!).

Andrax: a term that means a total annihilation of a disease.

The issue I have with HP is this: when you are beyond the three (3) year support level, they "do not know you" and obtaining support or the original software that was on the hard drive for their product becomes problematic. I had to restore a HP laptop that was greater than three (3) years with difficulty because the HP refused to help the original owner/end user with his older laptop and getting the original software he needed. I now have the laptop crunching for WCG as he got another laptop since HP was so "helpful."

This does not happen with Apple. Agreed, they have their own separate support issues, but not when it comes to support of this nature.
