I am getting this error code for my result log when looking at my devices "In Progress", "Pending Validation", "Error", I see no points being awarded to me for my CPU time.
I get pages and pages of error result logs, what is this problem? Can anyone help me figure this out. Am I even doing any work on this device? <core_client_version>5.10.30</core_client_version> <![CDATA[ <message> CreateProcess() failed - Access is denied. (0x5) </message> ]]> |

The "CreateProcess() Access is Denied (0x5)" is not very good suggesting that under whoever's name you run BOINC has no/restricted rights to probably write on or the other file.
----------------------------------------What OS is being run? Did you make any changes on the system like security settings? Have you installed as single user, shared user or service? Do the jobs end immediately or after a while? What,if any, Firewall and AV brand/version are u using? Can you go to the message log of BOINC and copy 25 lines from the top after restarting BOINC. That will give us more system information. Before reporting, can you go to the project tab of BOINCmgr (advanced view), select WCG and do a "Reset Project". This will download a fresh set of WCG related science files. Let it run for a little to see if the problem re-occurs. ttyl
