200 mhz....would certainly make a difference.

1.8 ghz(939) would probably give somewhere in the 160's.
2.0 ghz(754) would probably give somewhere around 200.

My A64 3000+ socket 939 Winchester @1.8GHz gives steady 180 score. Recently I did 5% OC, now the Agent shows 1.9GHz (Sandra 1.89 GHz) and processor score 186.

4). Cpu temp will effect the score, particularly if there is an integrated throttle back mechanism built into the mobo.

That is not a temp thing....it is a "not setting your bios properly" thing wink
