I've completed initial installation of the package on W2K, but when it gets to the member sign up windows, the OK, Apply, any buttons that should appear are blank (no text) they do click but there is no action, and there are pop error messages but no text is diplayed, just a windows with an X. This is occuring on 2 similar computers in a computer lab.
Any suggestions? Thanks |

The problem you are experiencing appears to be the same as reported for McAfee anti-virus software with buffer overflow enabled. Please check out the FAQ at http://www.worldcommunitygrid.org/forums/wcg/viewthread?thread=1804#10050 relating to this. If you are not running McAfee, let us know and we will delve further into your problem. Regards, |
