As a reminder, our challenge with the Edwardians is not handicapped as is the case with the challenge with the Christians. Handicapping is similar in concept to exchanging one currency for another. In our case, I took the average daily scores for each team over a 31 day period. The handicap is the factor you multiply one team's score by to "convert" it to what it would be if their average score has been the same as the other team. I gave both "conversions". Either way, the Christians have us by a 3 to 2 margin on our first day.

Hi Keith and MOT!!! I see how you got it set up now...very cool. I like it. 3 to 2 is a good start Have an awesome evening! Diana G. Thanks Diana. This is our second team challenge and first attempt at handicapping. I think it's necessary to have a "fair" contest with other teams that differ from us in terms of size, production or such. I'm still learning but I think we're going in the right direction. The concept should also work for multiple teams "teaming" up together to challenge one of the very large teams. |

Yes, I hope that this handicapping goes well just like you said. I remember at first when Didactylos [?] suggested it (way back) and that I was against it. I didn't understand how it would work, but now seeing how, I think it's great!
