Re: THE EDWARDIANS - MARCH ON

Evening all

What a gadabout you are Ted. I hope you have a good trip.

With the supermarket trip done today, I shan't be going any further than the newsagent tomorrow.

Hmmmm<talking to myself> well, no one's about, been quiet apparently all day....<sitting under a tree on the waterfront, having just enjoyed the Monet of a sunset> well, I don't understand this: I did have 20 tasks loaded, just to see how this will work once we're off-shore and off-line for a few days or a week....<putting things away> everything worked great, just GREAT, but now I'm down to 2 tasks after this one finishes. Haven't changed any settings. <drat! a moth pfffft> Double-checked them, even. Don't know WHY I'm not downloading more, so that I can UPload more. <clicking leash onto Omar's collar> I'm sure someone will jot a note. Well, I H rose PE S rose !
<going home now> Thanks, evvvvvvveryone!

Re: THE EDWARDIANS - MARCH ON

I wish someone would keep an eye on the bloke about 6 doors down. There are a lot of leaves everywhere. He has solved the problem for himself by using a blower-vac, to blow them off his drive. Me meanwhile I hoovered some up over the weekend. I think his plan is that when the wind blows them down here that I clear his leaves up too. Some people! pig devilish

Sounds like you both had a good time. cool

Re: THE EDWARDIANS - MARCH ON

Don't even mention leaves, as you may remember from last year this is my seasonal moan as it's virtually a daily battle to keep them cleared.
Plus, it's been too wet most of the time for me to get the vacuum job going.

Still it's Sunday, I have a glass of Cava in front of me as I type and roast pheasant to look forward to for dinner.
