Hello.
Two days ago, I ccreated a new team. I have returned 5 WU since, getting 1928 WCG points for it. Thats ok, the Total Credit is shown correctly for the Team. Now I wanted to get the stats on a Webpage. I got the .gz - .xml files from WCG, and started to work on a little script to display them on my website. For the user stats, no problem : I have 1367 Boinc credit multiplied by 7 = 9575 WCG points, I did these points before, as I had not already created my team. BUT : the total credit I get from the xml data (an wich is displayed on other boinc stats sites), is : 82.16 Boinc credits * 7 = 574 WCG points, which is different from the 1928 expected ... Why ? Everything else works, but not the Team Total Credit calculation. And I checked just after the stats update ... Can somebody tell me more ? Thank you.  |

Could it be you've picked up a daily or device value instead of the cumulative? 1928 would translate back to about 275.4 BOINC credits for your team (you figured that out surely).

Could it be you've picked up a daily or device value instead of the cumulative? 1928 would translate back to about 275.4 BOINC credits for your team (you figured that out surely). Yes of course I figured this out, but what I get is : <total_credit>82.167080</total_credit> So I don't know ... will wait t'ill tomorrow, perhaps the update wasn't done correctly. Thank you for the RSS feeds, but they only give Runtime (which is very good, I think I will use these stats also), but I need the Total Team Credit first. Do you know when the xml export files will be coming ? Another question, should I rather display Boinc Credits or WCG points ... |

Strange, this is what i see when pulling the RSS on you:

No, the problem is not with my personal results, they are fine. Its with the Team Total. On the webpage, it is displayed correctly, 1928 points. But look here :

Not sure how things export, but i think the timing over at BOINCstats is different from WCG. Here team change is retroactive to the beginning of the 24 hour period (UTC) regardless if done at 11:59 UTC or 23:59 UTC. If you did it after 12:00 UTC, all work prior may not count in the export for your new team (?).

Okay, I searched more carefully the xml data that is now given from the website and I found :
