Re: Running out?

Looks like a bad batch of recent units Scribbles - so they have paused further issue.

Reported here: http://www.worldcommunitygrid.org/forums/wcg/...203&offset=0#lastpost

No Tech update yet as they are just waking up biggrin

Re: Running out?

Woke up this morning and all 40ish pc and 1 mac ran out of DDDT. Had to re-check the "If there is no work available..." box to get some work.

Re: Running out?

I see that, getting "Aborted by Project" errors in BOINC in relation to WUs.. one system that is doing it 100% is out of work right now..
and the one with still some WU cached getting the abort errors.
Hope a new batch of WU goes into production soon... not going to set the other system to do other work.. it just takes forever.. 14 hours with other projects compared to 6 hours or so with DDDT...

Re: Running out?

Yes please follow the thread link in the 2nd post above. All redundant work that was circulated due the Validator bug is being instructed to abort, if not started already. After reset, new work should become available again.

cheers

Re: Running out?

no work from project

This is a good reason to check the 'alternate work' box in preferences. knreed left HPF2 running while he fiddled with the BOINC transitioner. (I think, I may have it all wrong.)
