I have changed BOINC to the latest version.
While reading the reporting information I see "asking 143 seconds of new work" I think for this reason I receive only small bunches of work. It does not take larger projects. I am on DDDT and African climate. It takes only DDDT. My configuration is set to 'default' without changes. Jaap |

It's a misleading indicator.... there are only 820 tasks in a AC@H batch, proximately 1 batch per 6-7 days against a running average of 112,000 daily DDDT jobs distributed. So, what happens is that the scheduler is backfilling, but with DDDT. If you select AC@H only one would see the occasional message that reads:
