confused Boinc file does not have a publisher, cannot run
I cannot run this file because the system says it does not have a publisher: wcg.boinc_5.10.30_windows_intelx86.exe

The file is signed by University of California, Berkeley. The certificate thumbprint is 2f 0b dc 8d d8 4a 56 41 7c 68 b5 3b 29 dd 12 15 57 60 65 2d

What is the exact error you are experiencing?
