 Could it be that you forgot to adjust the date for meeting our 1,000 years target, OldChap? If not, BobMcG's My Sept. 2 birthday is looking better all the time. :) birthday may be too soon  |

IMO, all the projects are important haha. If we consider ALL of the research contributed, we might still make it. 911 years of total time thus far if you count all the projects!

Yes, DrMason, all projects are important,

if we fail in the timing, we still have a massive achievement to look back on As this is a cancer fighting trek, I'd have to agree with little mermaid. Some projects are clearly directly related to cancer research and Open Pandemics is related to the immediate vulnerabilities of those with impaired immune systems due to various cancer treatments. Other WCG projects, while inarguably vitally important to humankind, are not, in Sawyer's (and my humble) view, related to cancer research. So, with OldChap's words above as a clarion call, I say: It's near the end of the game, the 4th quarter, the bottom of the 9th. GO, TEAM, GO!  |
