I've been checking in from my stint with Team Gridcoin and keeping up with you all.

Not getting any updates from them as to when the team restriction will be lifted. continuing to monitor. BTW, I earned a whole 54 gridcoin (GRC) this week which at today's value a is whole USD $0.14 https://www.coingecko.com/en/coins/gridcoin-research.

But it's not the current value that counts it's the potential. They had a surge to 8 cents a year ago which was 32 times as high as now and a lot of miners sold off for a 3200% gain. They were mostly investors- not miner crunchers Not me though

My hope is that the value will go up enough that crunchers can break even with the cost of electricity while staying with their team of choice, which could encourage some to crunch more for science.

Sent an email to the BOINC developers asking about adding a section concerning GRC to the Forums. got one email back asking for more info; nothing for a week now.

I'll probably start a thread in one of the existing Forums areas and endeavor to keep it going the way Li'l Mermaid so skillfully and expertly does here.
