Did WCG not warn that the reference machine took 14 hours to do them and they were tough to chew? Just consider the accomplishment  You and I are posting at the same time. See my previous post. I think that my machine is tough enough.   |

WCG aim for 10 hours per work unit, but it's not always possible. Even in a batch of normal work units, there are sometimes monster units. I don't know enough about ACH to say whether this work unit is unusual for the batch or not. Sometimes, the only way we can find out is by trying the work units, and watching for problems. All I'm doing is reporting what may be a problem. |

Be thankful you get any ACH units. I rarely if ever see them. Last one I had, ach1_ 12_ 1_ 154, errored out back on Dec 25. At least I can't say it was my machine. 47 copies were sent out and all reported errors. Haven't seen any more since that I know of.

Maybe it would be better to be thankful for not receiving any work units from this project. 44.44 hours of CPU time for an Error.
