Re: BOINC@AUSTRALIA

biggrin Now if only some more of our team would post here. We have some avid WCG crunchers ... but they seem to be "shy" outside of our forum. wink

BTW LW, I like your HCMD2 badge color better than mine. laughing biggrin

I'm rather fond of your CEP badge compared to my sickly looking yellow one but I can't get any more work so I guess yellow it is. crying biggrin biggrin biggrin

Same here for Flu ... it's destined to stay green with envy for not being blue. sad It did seem to be a very short project in terms of time though.

Re: BOINC@AUSTRALIA

Hey BC!! Thanks for stopping by.

Great weather here too (finally!!). Mid-70's and a nice breeze.

I got my arse whooped in AA#19. I had to shut down two machines 'cause my electric bill was approaching our national debt. laughing biggrin laughing I'm going to have to wait until I buy something low and sell it high. wink

peace

I know what you mean about the electric bill. My pool pump fouled, and instead of pumping water it just sat there and buzzed all day for three days before I noticed that my nice pristine water had turned green.
I complained about sending $280 to SCE and should have kept my mouth shut as my last one to them was $386! That's after I backed off of crunching for a while and spent two days cleaning up green pool water! crying
My son and I just stacked up 2 chords of almond fire wood, and I am so ready for winter to get here!
It's supposed to be a cold one, too, so bring it on!
Hope all is well with you and sorry to hear about AA#19... sad

I'm doing well. Actually my 10th place was no big deal. I found it interesting how the rankings changed every day. Lots of bragging rights to go around. I got a red HCMD2 and blue HCCC out of it. wink

I have my firewood duties finished but have a lot of other winter tasks left. This is always my busiest time of the year.

I'm sure your rates at SoCal Edison are comperable to mine at PG&E. sad I don't have a pool but have a pond with three fountain pumps. sad But in the winter I get to shut two of them down. I should do what all the projects are now doing ... plead for donations. laughing biggrin laughing
