my agent does not automatically upload data every time. it is unable to send to server when i leave it on for long periods. help?

Hello paravelocity,
I had a problem like this once when I was using Zone Alarm for a firewall. I had to tell it to TRUST my router. Otherwise the connection to the router would time out several hours after a reboot. Lawrence |

it might be your virus scanner. I'm using Kaspersky 6.0.2.621 and F-secure on another computer (Shaw Secure) and had problems installing the UD agent.
