Oh, I'm here dear. Just in the other room building up another set of systems. This set is for a project that expands web services as well as my WCG points, using a "zero-sum" concept. Meaning they pay for themselves. If I am successful, it could mean a new inroad to environments that normally really could not be involved in DC.
----------------------------------------I recently got a projector to do home theater with. I converted an old P3 to run it along with the audio. The system sits on my network that has about 750gig of MP4 videos. I'm tweaking the last bits on it, but the outcome has been remarkable. It needed to be though, as Jo was going to kill me for budgeting 800usd on the project. So I had to be quick about results to get her attitude to change. Now she just says "Wow!", as for a fraction of the cost, I delivered a 100" 720p HDTV with 5.1 Dolby surround sound. How absolutely geeky! But I've been a geek since long before it was fashionable. |
