The problem with talking about forum commands is that when you do, they evoke. So to cure the base problem, the white line, you need to remove the extra carriage return at the end of the first line in the siggy text. The extra carriage return is invisible, so it is easy to have extras, but it is hard to see to edit out as well. So, if you "reply with quote" this post, the portion of this post that you need to cut and paste between the Big BAD Bunny Teeth (shown above).

As you look at it, notice that the siggy really is 3 things: The JPEG with you name and such, the GIF file that is the animated flag and the GIF file for the carrot juice. The JPEG is hosted at my ISP (Covad), with my complements. The flag is hosted by virtuallandmedia.com. The last part is hosted by DCstats.com. So when you see the actual text that makes your siggy work, it is just 3 addresses in the Internet surrounded by the {img]&{/img] tags. If you just want just part of the siggy here elsewhere, just take the section you need and cut from here and paste there.

But for here, please don’t change it. It is engineered to the inth degree for size when we were going smaller and smaller. The neat thing about this is it leaves a very small vertical footprint. This translates to no additional post size if you only have a line or two in the post itself. Making it efficient in communication as well as non-wasteful in the eyes of those who care about added post length due to personal banners.

My banner looks like it has had a lot of carrot juice. But my banner is designed to speak to guests. So should be loud. I allows them a chance to talk to me, as my web site has my email at the bottom.

Here, lets keep it easy. "reply with quote" this post and look at the first 3 lines. You will notice that there isnt a bunny in sight. Just a bunch of geeky text. But it is that geeky text that actually tells the forum software where to get the graphics to display the nifty little siggy.

So sit back and have some nice cold carrot juice, you're almost out of the woods. Just cut and paste the 3 lines of pure geek into your siggy space. This will get rid of the pesky white line.
