I am new to WCG and I am having an issue the the account that was setup on my computer when the software was loaded. It appears to have created the account Ctx_StreamingSvc and my company requires that I have a screen save password set for the account. The only way that I know of fixing this is to change the login password for the account and login to the account and add it in Display Properties. However, it seems that if I change the login password for the account, it will stop the ability for WCG to use the computer. Any help or suggestions? BTW... my company pushes the idea of joining WCG but has not offered a way around the security setting issue.
