I am not sure if this has been suggested before but I will write about it.
is their going to be a policy if a team is still active and the captian that made the team hasn't been around in ages will their be something that another member in the team could be made captain this way the team could have more life back into it??? for example in my team the captain has not been active in a long time.. good thing since I started like 4 - 5 people joined in since then.. figured with a active captain it could do better in someways.. |

If not already created, we'll be forthwith creating an FAQ for this matter. Simply write a mail to support@worldcommunitygrid.org
----------------------------------------1. Give Captains Member Name 2. Give name who wants to take over. WCG will contact captain in tenure. If s/he does not repond, the spot will be vacated at which time the aspiring captain can take over. cheers

All you need to do is send an email to support@worldcommunitygrid.org WCG don't automate this, because it's more trouble than it's worth. Why not create automatic email capabilities "within teams only" instead of emailing you folks at WCG to send a message to another team mate? I am getting ready to jump out of being in a team due to not able to contact them. Randy

Privacy. I know it sucks, but what can you do?
If your team captain has allowed it, then you can emailed him through the WCG site. If not, then there's only the forums and the support address as a last resort. |
