Top Computer

Would it be possible to add stats that are accessible on the site which show the fastest device, most points processed in one day by a single device and so on. Similar to the setup they have at SETI.

Possible, yes. Probable? Not any time soon, anyway.

Re: Top Computer

Not here, but at BOINCstats and other 3rd BOINC comparison places you can obtain some. It's a dubious measure as some make multiple machines appear as one and with device merging it becomes a more doubtful.... than there people who choose to not show their devices i.e. 'hide', so it is a partial view at best and there are power flushers who save completed work and release it on a day, so at best the RAC gives a 'sort of' indication.

Now who's top dog today.... owner of an Intel(R) Xeon(R) CPU X5350 @ 2.66GHz 2(8) (dual quad)

Yes it is, and there are 2 of them here..My "babies" so to speak.
Faster one averages app 25,500 points a day..
Yesterday it kicked the stats to hell as it did a 4 day dump(111,000+points) as we had a little party going on at XS to start off October..
I don't normally post 728,000+ points in a day and hit #4 overall!
I'm just a little guy. app 60K a day from my house and 25K of that goes on another account here. biggrin
