Hello everybody!
I have just proceed the migration from UD to Boinc and i have noticed that the cpu usage with Boinc oscillate from 50% to 100% every 2 seconds and it's not constant like the UD client. So, how to fix the problem?  |

Hi Winckle,
----------------------------------------ATM there is no fix as this is how BOINC is hardcoded to do and WCG as a whole does not like at all. The 60% default meaning 3 seconds running, 2 seconds pause. The only way to achieve the smoothness of the UD throttle is to set BOINC to 100% performance and delve into a 3d party application like Threadmaster. There are "Know How" posts on these fora. ttyl
