Can only suggest you install a virtual desktop that allows to just zoom into the graphics frame. This phase I is relatively short running after which it will switch to a different science application, not AutoDock, thus it's WYSIWYG for now.

This phase I is relatively short running after which it will switch to a different science application ...and we will reach phase 2 sooner if the number of processors wasting their cycles in computing screen(not-so-much)savers is kept to a minimum...  Cheers. Jean. |

Run boinc as a service and you won't be bothered by those pesky screen savers.

Start - Settings - Control Panel - Display - Screen Saver lets Windows users choose a preferred screen saver. My own choice is 'blank'. Lawrence |
