Guys (and this is in the generic and not gender related sense )

Lets all take a walk to the coffee machine and cool off. This forum is no place for any type of name calling/showboating/bad tempered arguing etc. We should be constructive and criticise in that manner.

It can be very difficult reading comments on here and judging a person's mood/intention (but not always). We should always give the benefit of the doubt and think that someone is being humourous and is laughing with someone and not at them.

If people look at the track record of some people on this forum, it will be easy to see which type of person they are. The liberal use of smilies can also help!
